It is small and light enough to be mounted inside an event recorder, in a 19-inch rack, or inside a network video recorder, or used standalone with a bracket set. The interface is USB 2.0, supplied by default with a 45 cm or 90 cm USB cable and an M8 4-pole connector; other lengths and connectors are available.

IEEE 1482.1-2013 and FRA 49 CFR 229 certification

Crashworthiness and fire testing were performed by DTC Dynamic Test Center AG, ISO 17025 accredited under STS 0492. Fire testing was carried out on the two largest capacities, 64 GB and 128 GB, which covers the smaller variants. EN 50155:2021 testing was completed by the DEUTA-WERKE type test laboratory.

Mounting and variants

Sold with 19" rack mounting parts and with bracket sets of several sizes. Mounting parts have no bearing on the certification.
