DEUTA RedCloud® is a cloud-based software solution for the real-time transmission, processing and analysis of tachograph and sensor data. DEUTA RedCloud® enhances operational efficiency in the rail sector and supports legal data analysis and maintenance management.
DEUTA RedCloud® provides an overview of the entire fleet by consolidating data from numerous vehicles and subsystems. It offers insights into vehicle utilisation, operations and maintenance work. This increases uptime, reliability and safety whilst reducing costs.
The innovative user interface of DEUTA RedCloud® also presents all travel data clearly at a glance: speed, analogue and digital track data, and signalling data are displayed synchronously.
Fleet management
The Fleet Management module provides an overview of the operational status of the entire fleet. It provides details on fleet location, downtime, and upcoming scheduled maintenance based on mileage or operating hours, and enables detailed searches across the entire fleet or for a single vehicle.
The fleet management module uses algorithms to calculate scheduled maintenance dates based on previous mileage (for petrol vehicles) and operating hours (for diesel vehicles). The module also allows maintenance intervals to be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the expected utilisation rate.
Maintenance planning
To facilitate more efficient planning, the Maintenance Planning module provides data on all upcoming scheduled maintenance tasks and on previous, completed maintenance work. The module also allows you to save checklists for the maintenance work carried out, ensuring that all information is accessible in one central location.
Driving data analysis
The DEUTA RedCloud® user interface presents your travel data clearly at a glance, with freely configurable windows and tabs. Speed, analogue and digital track data, and signalling and journey data are displayed synchronously. You can choose to view the data in chronological order (time-based) or along the track (route-based). The tabular display shows decoded signals and messages in chronological order. Additional information such as vehicle number, operator and data scope is also available.
Safety and Compliance
The Safety and Compliance module provides automated notifications and alerts for general safety issues such as excessive speed, passing a stop signal and emergency braking. It enables root cause analyses by experts as well as standard evaluations for widely used train control systems. The reporting module automatically extracts data from DEUTA tachographs for analysis.
