DEUTA-WERKE relies on a fully integrated value chain at its Bergisch Gladbach site: from software and hardware development to board assembly and final production, as well as all associated commercial processes, every step is carried out in-house. The close physical integration ensures short decision-making paths and creates optimal conditions to react flexibly and quickly to customer requirements.
As an established supplier to the railway industry with long-term delivery commitments, DEUTA has been producing boards since the mid-1990s. From PCB layout to logistics, all process steps are integrated into our ISO 9000:2015 and IRIS certified workflows.
The assembly process is supported by optimized inventory management to maximize productivity and enhance process reliability. DEUTA-WERKE is also an active member of the Component Obsolescence Group (COG) Germany. Our quality management covers the entire lifecycle of each component.
