Designed for railway operators, system integrators and customer service staff, they enable realistic simulation of speed signals within train protection systems.

The XP20 drive units for wheel axle transducers and pick-up sensors form an integral part of a high-performance simulation environment for the system testing of speed sensors. Thanks to their compact design, tests can be carried out efficiently and in a practical manner directly on the vehicle.

Up to nine XP20 units can be networked and controlled centrally. This enables not only the individual testing of sensors, but also the comprehensive testing of complete components within a simulation environment.

The XP20DR Set is a fully self-contained solution and includes:

Mobile control terminal
5 m data connection cable
Software with integrated driving profile module

XP20DS – Service unit for vehicle inspections

The XP20DS model serves as a remote-controlled service unit for testing directly on the vehicle. It is supplied without its own control terminal.

It is controlled via:

the XP20R mobile control terminal
the software emulation of the XP20 user interface
or in indirect synchronous mode
